Some logistical barriers to standardizing the questions, i.e., the APTI-Learn LMS couldn't be udpated
The new LMS should be able to support updated evaluation

- Need to understand the delivery platform and how the instructor is using it
Instructor eval? Are there examples of evaluation forms for instructors? Create an instructor eval form, start with MARAMA?

Pointed at gathering information that we consciously want to gather, if we want instructors to be more interactive we should ask questions about that
What do with evaluations?
- Have feedback in the LMS but don’t do a lot with it
- Need a system to process the eval information and add a system to use and react to the information
- EPA is focused on ensuring that improving continuously is built into instructional design
- Raise the issue of using the evaluations to the JTC; get questions from MJOs and then come up with process to use information

ADA compliance for online training: develop a recommendations memo for the JTC
Collect information on what ADA compliance is needed for training materials and delivery
- Ron Hensley may have this information
EPA has staff that work on 508 compliance
Chris will check with Adam to find out the direction on this at EPA and course migration; Chris will report on the next call
Strategy for existing and new materials;
Expectations for this WG are that we can only create a recommendations/best practices
Need to determine what should be done, and needs to be done
Have a session at EPA virtual meeting
