Who Should Attend: State permit engineers and enforcement staff that work with sources in the oil and gas sector.
About the Course: This 4-hour, classroom (in-person) course will focus on the essential topics with a focus on critical issues for Ohio and leveraging course materials from Trinity’s Understanding the Requirements of NSPS OOOOb course. Each attendee will receive a comprehensive course manual containing the presentation materials and additional relevant resource materials.
This course will address NSPS Subpart OOOOb for oil & gas production, gathering, natural gas processing, and natural gas transmission facilities. Topics include the basis for the rule, key applicability criteria and exemptions, new challenges with OOOOb, detailed review of rule requirements for each facility type, and storage vessel compliance options.
Learning Objectives: Those completing this course will gain an understanding of the new NSPS subpart OOOOb rule for oil and gas sources.
Course Delivery: This is a classroom training that will be taught in-person at the OH EPA offices in Columbus.
